Gonzales is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 or later.
Gonzales product updates and support is active to customers who have purchased a support license. In order to continue receiving plugin updates and support itself license must be renewed. Process of renewal can be executed in customer panel or by re-buying plugin. There is possibility to move active license to other customer. Such a process is interpreted individually. Support is not automatically renewed and does not use subscription plans. Plugin can't be downloaded once support is expired.
The only available payment form is PayPal. Customer can issue refund within 30 days of purchase if is unable to install and use plugin properly. Each refund request will be processed individually. Gonzales support team will try to resolve problem before processing payment.
All prices include taxes. Prices can be temporarily or permanently modified without any notice.
License upgrade is available anytime by logging into Customer Area and clicking the “Upgrade” button next to license name. License upgrade is not available when unlimited option is active.
